What areas do you serve?
We provide local services in Atlanta, GA, including free local delivery or installation within 10 miles of 30309. You can also ship your PC to us for service from anywhere in the U.S.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final. Once parts are ordered for a custom build or upgrade, they cannot be refunded. However, we will gladly assist you in reselling your PC if needed.

How do I pay for services?
Payment is due when your order is confirmed. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

Do you provide support after purchase?
Yes! We offer continued support for troubleshooting, advice, and help with upgrades. Our labor is covered under a 2-year warranty against installation defects.

Can I meet in person or do everything remotely?
You can choose. Local clients can meet, drop off/pick up, or ship PCs. Web design and other services can be fully handled online.
